Lucida Announces Release of Lucida Insight® 2.2


Lucida Insight® 2.2 adds key database support, features and performance enhancements

San Jose, CA - October 15, 2003 - Lucida Inc., www.lucida.com, a leading provider of information orchestration systems, today announced the release of the latest version of its flagship product, Lucida Insight® 2.2.

Lucida Insight® 2.2 enhancements include additional support for DB2 AS400, Microsoft® SQLServer, and Informix databases. These are in addition to Lucida Insight's current support for Oracle and PostgreSQL. Lucida Insight® 2.2 also provides significant performance enhancements for the save and query data retrieval functions. Finally, Lucida Insight® 2.2 now allows the user to upload to or receive an update from a database for a user-specified range of cells, rows, or columns.
